New children’s clinic Bursting With Potential opens in Spalding




A new town clinic providing therapy services for children and young people with disabilities has opened its doors.

Bursting With Potential is a new business in Spalding offering occupational, speech and language therapy and group sessions to youngsters with additional needs up to the age of 25.

The clinic combines expert care, family involvement, and a commitment to helping youngsters reach their full potential and employs two occupational therapists, a speech and language therapist, specialist teacher, a trainee and an assistant.

Alison Harrod, director and senior occupational therapist, said: “We are thrilled to open our doors to the Spalding community.

“Our goal is to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary therapy services that support both the children and their families.

“We understand how challenging it can be to navigate additional needs and disabilities, and we’re here to help make that journey easier.”

It is located at the former physiotherapy clinic in High Street and the new facility aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment

The clinic will offer services that cater to a variety of needs, including speech and language delays, motor skill challenges, sensory processing issues, and more.

In addition to individual therapy there will be group sessions that foster social interaction and peer support.
