Arrest yet to be made after armed robbery at McColl's shop in Gedney Hill
Police are still looking for a man who took cash from a shop in Gedney Hill at gunpoint.
Managers of McColl’s shop in Hillgate, Gedney Hill, are working with police to try and find a man described as white and about 5ft 8in tall who threatened a member of shop staff with a shotgun on Thursday, December 6.
The man drove off in a small vehicle which police believe later collided with a lamppost in the area of Lutton Gate Road.
A McColl’s spokesman said: "The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance to us and we are working closely with the relevant authorities in response to this incident."
