Holbeach Bank students learn about internet safety on a snowy day

Holbeach Primary and Holbeach Bank Academies took part in Safer Internet Day 2021 which this year was entitled ‘Together for a better future’.

This celebrates the amazing range of information and opportunities online and its potential to inform, connect and inspire us, whilst also looking at how pupils can begin to separate fact from fiction.

The work focused on how pupils can decide what to trust online and supporting them with how to question the online world for better.

Holbeach Bank took advantage of the snow, linking Online Safety to Outdoor Learning.

They researched on the internet how to build an effective snowman, opening a Google document and typing up their instructions, before sharing electronically with their class teacher.
