Deeping St Nicholas pair face trial over fraud allegations

A man and woman are due to go on trial on allegations of 'entering an arrangement to facilitate use of more than £80,000', described as 'criminal property'.

Daniel Andrew Bunn, 32, and Holly Graham, 25, both of New Road, Deeping St Nicholas, face an allegation that between April 9 and June 26, 2019, they entered into or became concerned in an arrangement which they knew or suspected facilitated the acquisition, use or control of criminal property, namely £86,293.

Bunn alone faces an allegation that between February 5, 2016, and June 26 2019, he carried on a business called DB Models with intent to defraud creditors of the company or for other fraudulent purposes, including removing control of the assets to an unconnected third party.

The pair will face trial at Lincoln Crown Court.
