New traders hope to bring something different to Spalding Market with Mystical Emporium business
A passionate market trader hopes to bring something different to the town with a new stall.
Traders Lisa Lambert and partner Ashley Tree first brought The Mystical Emporium stall to Spalding market last weekend.
The couple launched the business a month ago and are looking forward to offering customers a range of spiritual healing products.
Lisa, who has lived in Spalding all of her life, said: “I wanted to get out there and do something that I enjoy, I was quite nervous when we first set up but I have always had a passion for it and just thought I’d go for it.
“I think the market in the town is good and what we offer is different to what is already here – I think it is also important to keep the market going.”
The business sells a range of crystal products such as the cleansing clear quartz infused water bottle and amethyst tea infuser bottle.
Lisa and Ashley also sell a selection of gift boxes, candles, incense, jewellery, bamboo socks and much more, with prices ranging from 50p to £25.
She added: “This is what I have wanted to do and I can’t believe it is happening. I am so happy with it and I have had such good fun since we started it, we do also make some of the products ourselves.
“Everyone on the market is also very happy and chatty so that’s good too. We are on TikTok and Facebook where we have received good feedback from people, which we are pleased with.”
The Mystical Emporium plans to be in Spalding every Tuesday and Saturday for market day, the business will also be attending Holbeach on Thursdays and Long Sutton on a Friday.
