Plans to convert workshop into holiday let at Wyberton
Plans to transform a workshop into a holiday let have been submitted.
Applicant Mr A Arundell hopes to make the changes to the building at The Firs Luxury Retreat, which describes itself as an ‘exquisite holiday home’.
The venue, located at West End Road, Wyberton, already comes complete with a poker room, hot tub, seasonal swimming pool, table football and PlayStation.
Plans show the applicant wants the workshop to be transformed into an open-plan lounge/kitchen with log burner, while separate rooms will be created for a double bedroom and WC/shower room.
The application has been made to Boston Borough Council.
“This exquisite holiday home, nestled in the heart of Boston’s serene landscapes, boasts four charming bedrooms – a luxurious king-size master suite with an elegant en suite, a second king-size room, and two cosy double bedrooms,” its website states.
“A family bathroom ensures comfort and convenience for all guests.
“Indulge in culinary delights in the expansive kitchen featuring a central island, perfect for hosting and cooking culinary feasts.
“Unwind in the capacious living room or enjoy friendly competition in the games room and poker room.
“Relaxation takes centre stage with an eco-friendly hot tub set amidst our picturesque surroundings.
“The property offers ample parking with a large driveway, ensuring hassle-free arrivals and departures.”
