Holbeach dog attack: Police appeal for witnesses after woman and pug were bitten




Police are appealing for witnesses after a Pug and its owner were bitten in Holbeach.

A woman in her 50s and daughter were walking their two pugs in Hallgate at around 6pm on January 6 when a white coloured Staffordshire Bull Terrier escaped its owner.

It bit one of the pugs and the woman's hand.

The pug has received veterinary treatment and is expected to make a full recovery while the owner's injury was described as serious but not life threatening.
