Spalding Police investigate reports of schoolgirl (10) assaulted by adult

Police are investigating after a 10-year-old schoolgirl was allegedly assaulted by an adult.

Officers are appealing for witnesses after a report of an assault outside Tesco in Matmore Gate, Spalding.

The assault is alleged to have occurred on Monday around 3.20pm.

Anyone who witnessed the assault or who has dash cam footage is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 21000376618.
