Police investigating after man spat on women in Pinchbeck

Police officers are investigating after receiving reports of a man spitting on a woman.

Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place yesterday (Tuesday, March 18) at 12.30pm in Knight Street in Pinchbeck.

A man is believed to have spat on the young woman in her 20s.

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “At 7.54pm on March 18 we received a call reporting that a woman in her 20s had been spat on by a man while she was sitting in a car on Knight Street, Pinchbeck.

“This incident happened at around 12.30pm on the same day.

“We are investigating. Anyone who saw the incident or has information should contact us quoting Incident 439 of 18 March.”
