Donington assault: man released on bail

Police have released a man on bail as investigations into an assault in Donington continue.
A man, in his 40s, was found outside the Black Bull, in Station Street, with a serious head injury, which was believed to be potentially life threatening, just before midnight on Saturday night.
Officers had arrested a 45-year-old man at the scene but he has been released on bail.
