Popular Weston garden centre to remain open

A much-loved Weston garden centre is to remain open during the national lockdown which is set to begin tomorrow.

As per government guidance, Baytree Garden Centre will be keeping it's plant area, pet department and brand new farm shop open as usual.

General Manager Nigel Wallis said: "We will be able to stay open as we are allowed to as part of the latest guidance from the Government. We already have strict one way systems and COVID measures in place which need to be followed.

"We are fully stocked up in the farm shop and plants and pet supplies are also all available.

"The franchises within the centre and the restaurant will remain closed."

The garden centre is also operating a click and collect service along with an online shop.
