Spalding branch of Game closes its doors

The Spalding branch of a popular gaming store closed its doors yesterday (Tuesday).

It has been announced that Game, which is situated at the front of Springfields Outlet, has closed 'for now'.

A post on the shop's Twitter account thanked customers for shopping at the store over the past few years.

It states: "Sadly today was our last day for GAME Spalding for now...

"On behalf of the team, we want to say thank you to you our valued customers for shopping with us and we hoped you enjoyed our great customer service."

We've approached Game for a comment on the situation.
