Property developer wants to amend 68-home site in Kirton

A property developer has asked to make changes to a 68-home site.

Ashwood Homes has been given planning permission to construct the dwellings on land off London Road in Kirton.

The company has now applied to Boston Borough Council to make ammendments to the approved plans to change the housing mix, stating the request is for ‘sales purposes’.
