Surfleet Parish Council raises concerns with Environment Agency about River Glen slipway

However, councillors say the site has become a target for litter and anti-social behaviour.
Coun James Lacey said people were regularly having to visit the site to clear up litter.
They will raise this - and a matter of inappropriately speeding boats - with the Environment Agency.
Coun Trevor Wright suggested moving the gate to cut off the road in a bid to avoid some of the issues.
l Councillors also raised concerns about the state of Marsh Drove, which they say is ‘nearly impassable’ for cars.
The road, which leads to Emmett food processing site in Spalding Marsh, was said by council chairman Glynn Waltham to be in a ‘terrible state’ and is having to cope with 15 lorries a day using it.
Coun Waltham said: “We can’t stop the lorries going down there because they’re doing it for business.
“But they need to do something about the road down there.”

Councillors are looking into putting a bin at the bus stop opposite School Crescent.
