Pincbeck’s Rebecca Roberts has been crowned Spalding Flower Queen




A new Spalding Flower Queen was crowned during a glitzy celebration.

Rebecca (Becs) Roberts, 36, from Pinchbeck, was named as Flower Queen 2024 during the judging event held last night in The Vista, Spalding.

She will be joined on the float with Demi Fontaine Gilchrist, 27, of Spalding, who was named Deputy Flower Queen.

Their first engagement will be appearing in Spalding Flower Parade on May 11 and they will also visit Jersey in August to represent Spalding in the Jersey Battle of Flowers.

They will be taking over from Star Perry and Holly Kendrick, who led the revived parade last year.
