A renovated police station was officially reopened this morning.
Holbeach Police Station undergone a major improvement project which has included the addition of a single storey extension.
Retired officer Chris Thompson, who served at Holbeach Police Station in 80s and 90s, had the honour of cutting the ribbon to the new and improved station.

During the opening ceremony Chief Supt Kate Anderson thanked a number of people, including University Academy Holbeach, The Coastguard along with the contractors for making a beautiful space.
She said: "Thank you to Insp Nick Waters and the neighbourhood community team for their patience with us and for ensuring a consistent service."
