Work on a £15 million project to improve a Spalding roundabout is due to start in the coming weeks.

Plans for the Springfields Roundabout include expanding capacity through more approach lanes on the A16, coupled with extended entry lanes on the A151 approaches.

The Greencell Roundabout upgrades involve junction widening to accommodate dual-lane circulation within the roundabout, with extended two-lane approaches and exits on the A16.

The work is expected to cause significant congestion for motorists.
