Lincolnshire Police believe incident in which a man was injured with a suspected gun shot wound happened in Spalding

Police investigating an incident in which a man suffered a suspected gunshot wound happened in Spalding.

Officers launched an investigation after a 24-year-old man suffered a suspected gunshot wound, which was reported on 9.20pm on Friday, February 28.

Initially police believed the incident happened in Boston and have made a total of seven arrests.

Last week police arrested two men in connection with the incident.

Two men, after a warrant was executed in Brewsters Road and a woman were arrested on Sunday morning while a further two men from the Huntingdon area were arrested in the afternoon.
