Gedney Drove End man due for trial at Lincoln Crown Court for sexual assault in Crowland

A man who is accused of sexually assaulting a girl has been sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court.

Paul Charrington (52), of Winston Close, Marsh Road, Gedney Drove End, appeared before Boston Magistrates Court on Wednesday last week.

He has been charged with sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 with his finger between February 10, 2007, and February 11, 2008 in Crowland.

Magistrates have sent the case to Lincoln Crown Court, where he is due to appear on June 7.
