Spar store in North Street Crowland is damaged in reported ram raid

A shop front has been wrecked in a reported ram raid.

A police guard can be seen outside the Spar store in North Street, Crowland, following the incident which is reported to have happened during the early hours of this morning.

Police have now issued an appeal for witnesses after a stolen telehandler was used to ram the front of the store to steal the ATM which was loaded onto a lorry.

Wreckage can be seen in front of the store and a post box is lying on its side while electrics are hanging in the remains of the doorway.
