The Empire Elite Cheerleading Club in Crowland and Spalding bring home two grand champion titles after battling it out in the Allstar Cheerleading and Dance competition

Hard working youngsters have achieved two grand champion titles after competing in an elite dance competition.

The Empire Elite Cheerleading Club in Crowland and Spalding, brought home a range of achievements recently – following its success in the Allstar Cheerleading and Dance competition, which took place in Coventry.

Out of the 90 athletes from the team who competed in the event, the club secured two Grand Champion titles, 10 first places, two second places, four third places and two fourth places.

Nikita Capes, who is the Head Cheerleading Coach, said: “The Empire Elite club is still a new programme in the Allstar world.

“As we are only in our third competitive season, this was our most successful competition to date and we are extremely proud of every athlete for their continuous hard work in training and at competitions.”

On top of their successes, the Empire Elite’s Mini Prep Level one team ‘Rebels’ was the only team in the competition to be awarded a BID for the Prep Grand Nationals in 2025 Florida USA – which means the group will be taking a trip to America in April next year to represent the club and the UK in another competition.
