Takeaway plans go in for shop in Hawthorn Bank in Spalding




A new takeaway could be created in town if plans get the green light.

Mr T Satgunanathan has applied for a change of use to convert a section of shop in Hawthorn Bank in Spalding into a takeaway.

Plans lodged with South Holland District Council reveal the location to next to the Londis Store, which was previously Balls Newsagents.

Documents submitted with the application reveal plans to create a takeaway fish and chips bar along with a preparation area and a store.

The application to change the use of the site from Class E to Hot Food Takeway was received on October 26 and planners are due to make a decision is due by December 21.
