Teen still on bail for Spalding stabbing

A teenage boy remains on police bail as investigations continue into a suspected stabbing in Spalding.

A 16-year-old was arrested in connection with an incident at the junction of Stonegate and Halmergate, six weeks ago.

The arrest followed reports of an altercation between a group of people in which a man in his 20s received an injury that police said was 'consistent with a stab wound'. The injuries were not said to be life threatening.

Three other people also suffered injuries during the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on the 101, quoting incident 412 of March 30.
