Ropsley teenager charged with 22 offences including thefts in Bourne




A teenager appeared in court to plead guilty to 22 charges, including two thefts in Bourne.

Blake Searle, 19, of Munton Fields, Ropsley near Grantham admitted 22 offences including possessing an axe at a supermarket, burglary, criminal damage and interfering with a number of vehicles when he appeared at Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court on Friday (May 5) .

Among the crimes he admitted were two shed break ins in Beech Avenue, Bourne on April 26.

From one of the sheds he admitted to stealing a Vitus Sentier VRS red frame bike worth £1,310 while from the other power tools, a petrol disc cutter and a leaf blower to the value of £1,696 were taken.

Searle was sent to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing with a date and time to be fixed.

He was remanded in custody for a medical report.
