Pinchbeck temporary lights to remain until ‘early next week’ while Anglian Water repair burst main
Temporary lights will remain at a major junction until ‘early next week’ while a water main is fixed.
Anglian Water said the multi-way traffic signals in Spalding Road, Pinchbeck, are needed to keep engineers safe while they repair the burst main.
The traffic lights at the Spalding Road and Wardentree Lane junction are currently out of action and have created issues for motorists in rush hour.
A spokesman for Anglian Water said: “We’re currently working to fix a leak on a water main on Spalding Road, Pinchbeck.
“To keep everyone safe while we work, multi-way traffic signals are in place. Our teams are working hard to complete the repairs and all being well, we expect the work to be completed and traffic signals to be removed by early next week.”
