Spalding man set for third hearing over £5.58 B&M theft




A court case over the theft of goods worth £5.58 has been adjourned for a second time.

Defendant James Rourke, of Thames Road, Spalding, did not appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday as scheduled.

The 39-year-old is charged with stealing drinks and medication from B&M Stores in Westlode Street, Spalding, on November 11 last year.

The case was first adjourned on November 28 for production of witness statements.

The matter is scheduled for a third hearing at Boston Magistrates’ Court on March 1.
