Ticket sales boost for pantomime at South Holland Centre
This year’s pantomime was so successful that an additional performance has been added into the 2024 schedule.
Coun Tracey Carter, deputy leader of South Holland District Council’s cabinet, revealed that Beauty and The Beast had resulted in 10,646 tickets – a rise from the previous year’s 10,339 sales.
She said that they are forecasting £30,000 in ticket sales for the 23/24 pantomime, which was put on by Polka Dot Arts.
Speaking at a recent meeting Coun Carter said: “We have had a really good increase there, we are looking at a rise of 8% in the past year attendances.
“We have had lots of amazing feedback. We are going to add more performance for next year.”
