Spalding’s Victoria Street car park will be closed for relining works

Council bosses will be closing a town centre car park for renovations.

South Holland District Council has announced that Victoria Street car park in Spalding will be shut tomorrow for re-lining work.

The council has been carrying out improvement work on a number of its car parks in recent weeks.

The council’s social media feed states: “Victoria Street car park in Spalding will be closed on Thursday, November 30, for relining work to take place, weather permitting.

“A member of council staff will be on duty to direct people to different car parks nearby. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow which comes into force tomorrow evening.
