West Pinchbeck Tractor Run proves a hit with drivers and onlookers
An array of magnificent machines were on show at a popular tractor run this weekend.
The showers stayed away for Sunday’s event at West Pinchbeck, which saw 43 farm vehicles take part in the route =- which attracted plenty of excited onlookers.
“It was fantastic, a really good day. Everyone enjoyed themselves, both drivers and spectators,” said Geoff Brereton, one of the event organisers.
“It’s a good village event to get everyone out and together.”
“It was a good turnout, comparable to previous years.”
The West Pinchbeck Tractor Run began in 2017 and this year’s event raised fund for St Bartholomew’s Church.
Beginning at West Pinchbeck Village Hall on Six House Bank, the vehicles head out on an 18-mile route to Dunsby, Dowsby and Gosberton Clough before returning past the church.
The amount of money raised is still being counted.
