Traffic backlog caused by three-car collision on the A16

A three-vehicle collision caused traffic backlog on the A16 this morning.

There were no injuries reported following the incident, which was reported at 7.44am.

“Incident 53 of today is a damage only collision involving three vehicles on the southbound carriageway of the A16 between the Kirton and Sutterton roundabouts,” a Lincolnshire Police statement read.

“There was traffic backlog while the vehicles were cleared from the road.”
