Spalding man accused of having toxic product to kill wild bird will face trial in June
A Spalding man accused of having a toxic product to kill a wild bird has made a first court appearance in the case.
The Crown Prosecution Service says Jamie Harrison had the insecticide bendiocarb in his possession for the purpose of killing a raptor.
The alleged offence dates back two years to March 15, 2021.
The 53-year-old, of Paulette Court, denied the matter when he appeared before Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
A case management hearing was arranged for May 31 and Harrison’s trial was set for June 16.
He was granted unconditional bail to his trial.
