Trial set for Splading driver accused of failing to provide breath sample

A trial has been sent for a driver from Spalding accused of failing to provide a breath sample.

Sorin Valica (49), of Edinburgh Drive, appeared before magistrates in Boston on Wednesday.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge, which relates to an incident in Boston on May 30.

Valica will stand trial on September 22 and was released on unconditional bail to that date.
