Looking back at Spalding schools from 2009 and 1994
Police spent time talking to school girls in 1994 on a range of subjects from drugs to personal safety.
Members of South Holland Policing Forum went along to the then Gleed Girls School in Spalding.
The visit from Chief Insp Duncan Gerrard and Elloes Magistrate Roy Staples spoke to the Year 11 girls on a variety of subjects.
Children and parents at St Norbert’s Catholic School had the Midas Touch when it came to collecting for charity in 2009.
Pupils raised a staggering £1,142 to support the work of the NSPCC and Childline by taking part in keep fit sessions and other sponsored activities.
The school also turned buckets of pennies into buckets of water by also donating to Water Aid.
