Commercial development site off Spalding’s Springfields roundabout has been sold

A development site close to the A16 has ben sold for more than £1 million.

Commercial Development Projects Ltd has bought the site off Holbeach Road in Spalding for £1,307,000.

The site, which is close to Springfields roundabout, has permission for a drive-thru, restaurant and hotel.

Savills, who acted on behalf of private individuals, have confirmed that the sale of the 3.80 acre site has now been completed.
