UPDATE: Tragic death of man (41) found 'unresponsive' on bus in Spalding
A man was pronounced dead at hospital today after the alarm was raised about an "unresponsive man" on a bus.
Police say they attended a "concern for safety report" involving a man on a bus in St Thomas's Road, Spalding, at 12.35am.
Police say the man was pronounced dead later at hospital and there are no suspicious circumstances.
The Coroner and next of kin have been informed.
A spokesman for the East Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We received a call at 00:13 to an incident on St Thomas's Road, Spalding.
"The caller reported a patient who was unconscious and not breathing. We sent two double crewed ambulances to the scene. One patient was taken to Boston Pilgrim Hospital for further care.”
