VIDEO: Window cleaner helps drivers see more clearly as he cleans up South Holland's dirty road signs

A kind-hearted window cleaner has been giving up his time to clean the district’s road signs.

Kelvin Crane, who grew up in the South Holland area and runs K.J Crane Window Cleaning, has been washing dirty road signs for the past three years.
