Visitors flock to enjoy quilt show in Spalding

Most exhibitions aren’t a patchwork on this!

Visitors enjoyed the two-day Springfields Quilt Show in Spalding this weekend, which included displays, workshops and stalls.

“It was very good and always well supported by local quilting groups and people who are interested in going,” said Peter Slater, of organisers Grosvenor Events.

“Around 1,200 to 1,400 people were there, which is great for a small show like that.”
