Volunteers needed for Spalding Flower Parade float repairs

Volunteers are needed to help put together floats for the Spalding Flower Parade.

There will be a third Float Mending Day taking place in Spalding on Saturday, January 21.

Volunteers are asked to join parade organiser Steve Timewell at Chappell’s Farm on Cowbit Road from 1pm to work on the floats.

Groups have met over the past two weekends to work on decorating and mending the structures.

The event is set to take place on Saturday, May 13.
