Spalding and Holbeach fire crews attending house fire in Gedney area

Fire crews are currently dealing with a house blaze.

Residents in the Gedney area are being warned to keep their windows and doors closed in a bid to avoid smoke inhilation.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue have confirmed crews from Holbeach and Spalding are in attendance.

They were called out at 10.04am.

“Holbeach Fire Station and Spalding Fire Station are currently in attendance at a house fire in the Gedney area - please keep all windows and doors closed due to smoke,” a statement read.
