Anglian Water bosses apologise for temporary traffic lights on A151 High Road in Whaplode

Water bosses have apologised after roadworks have caused delays to drivers today.

Anglian Water has put up lights on the A151 High Road in Whaplode to complete repairs – but do not know when the road will reopen.

This follows another utility company, Cadent, apologising for traffic tailbacks who two weeks ago had also installed lights on the same road while carrying out essential works.

“We’re hope to reopen the road as soon as possible.

“We thank our customers for their patience whilst we carry out this essential work.”
