Long Sutton teacher organises charity carriage drive in Gedney and Fleet Hargate
A charity carriage drive around Gedney has raised at least £450 for Wear It Pink day.
Berry Fields Animal Assisted Education Consultancy owner Rachel Hartopp organised the carriage ride around Gedney and Fleet Hargate to support the chairty.
She said: "I would like to thank The Chestnut Cafe for their generous donation and for supplying us with hot drinks."
After enjoying a hot drink at the cafe, carriage drivers then rode off into Fleet Hargate.
Earlier this year, Rachel combining her two passions of education and equines when she started the business.
She has been taking her two ponies, Solo and Bunny, into schools to support youngsters’ learning.
Since launching Berryfields Animal Assisted Education and Consultancy, Rachel has been working with a number of schools, but is also hoping to branch out to work with other age groups as well.
