Collectors hit their total in 2000

SCOPE fundraisers Diane Tyler and Simon Gray have reached the £5,000 target they set themselves 12 months previous.

The couple was overcome by the generosity of Spalding shoppers when a collection outside Boots for cerebral palsy sufferers rasied £247.

Crowland entertainer and South Holland Person of the Year Benny Copland was enlisted to provide entertainment with a PA system.
