Whaplode man accused of 'large-scale growth' of cannabis in Lutton Marsh




A Whaplode man has appeared in court over a "large-scale growth" of cannabis.

Alex Robert Robinson, of Kirkgate, is charged with three offences - all said to have taken place at a farm in Leamlands Lane, Lutton Marsh.

The 44-year-old is accused of both producing cannabis and possessing cannabis with intent to supply, both on November 21, 2017. He is also charged with supplying the class B controlled drug between August 14 and September 1, 2017.

Robinson entered no pleas when he appeared before Boston Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday).

The case was sent to Lincoln Crown Court for a hearing on June 19.
