You could be driving off with a free tank of fuel after official opening of Spalding service station

What’s in a name? Well, a free tank of fuel if you’ve got the correct moniker.

To mark the official opening of a newly-rebranded service station, one lucky customer could be filling up for free.

The official ribbon cutting of the Essar petrol station on Spalding’s London Road will take place tomorrow (Wednesday, May 22), including opening-day deals.

On top of that, the first person to present themselves onsite with official photographic ID proving they have ‘Spalding’ in their name will win wins a free tank of fuel, capped at 50 litres.

“The Spalding service station is bound to be abuzz with excitement as guests gather to celebrate the unveiling,” an Essar spokesperson said.

Following a makeover, the site will also include Amazon parcel lockers, an on-site ATM, jet wash and Londis mini mart.

The Little London service station has been rebranded for a number of weeks prior to its official relaunch, after taking over the site from BP.
