Witness appeal over Hall Place affray in Spalding

Spalding Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of affray in the town’s Hall Place around 5.30pm on Tuesday.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC Cinavas on 101, quoting incident number 372 of November 14.
