Moulton Park plans to be discussed at public meeting

Residents are invited to find out more for the plans for Moulton Park at a public meeting.

The 20-acre site off Bell Lane has been purchased from South Holland District Council by the John and Maureen Biggadike Foundation — meaning the long-held dream of opening the land up of for public use is set to become a reality.

It is hoped to be able to welcome the community onto the park in the spring — but people will be able to find out more about what lies ahead at a meeting at Moulton Community Centre on Tuesday March 11 at 7pm.

A statement from the foundation said: “The John and Maureen Biggadike Foundation are delighted that Moulton Park is now owned by the charity and will be opened to the residents of Moulton village and surrounding areas.

“If you are interested in learning about the initial plans and would like to contribute to shaping the future of the park we invite you to join us.”
