Hospital's thanks for help during coronavirus

The staff and trustees of Holbeach and East Elloe Hospital Trust would like to offer our sincere thanks to the local community who have gone above and beyond and shown such kindness and generosity during these uncertain times.

The very skilled staff at University Academy Holbeach have made and delivered to us a variety of personal protective equipment.

We have also received many offers of donations from local businesses, including TBC Ltd who have donated aprons and gloves, and South Lincs Food, who brought a lorry full of essential food goods for staff to purchase, knowing that many were experiencing food shortages at the supermarkets when they had finished their shifts.

Lodge Farm Café also very kindly donated bread and milk for our kitchen.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you all.

We operate as a charity and so any help that the community can give us will be most gratefully received.

Rest assured we will continue to give all our residents the highest level of care we can.

When you applaud the work of the National Health Service on Thursdays at 8pm, send some of your thoughts to the staff at Holbeach Hospital and other carers in the area.
