ATHLETICS: Capes wraps up double county schools titles

Bourne Academy student Donovan Capes swept up the U15 Lincolnshire Schools titles for discus and shot put with ease at Boston at the weekend.
Capes (14) set a new personal best in the shot of 14.58m which ranks him second in the country, just 2cm short of the 2019 best throw nationally for his age range.
The young athlete is now looking towards the English Schools Championships on July 11 and 12 in Birmingham, where he has a great chance of a podium place.
