Ibeneme came through the ranks at Carter's Park before joining South Holland neighbours Pinchbeck United last season.

Young midfielder Howlett was with Soham Town Rangers last season in the Premier Division of the Thurlow Nunn League.

He has impressed in pre-season for the Knights and boss Lewis Thorogood feels he will be a welcome addition to their ranks.

He said: "I'm really pleased to have Ben joining us.

"He will be a real asset to our midfield and will grow from strength to strength this season."
