Clarets goalkeeper Tyler Key then saved two penalties in the shoot-out to earn Deeping a trip to United Counties League Premier Division North rivals Belper United.

Liam Hook, Spencer Tinkler and Ryan Lennon were all successful from the spot before Jonny Lockie clinched Rangers' place in the next round with the fourth match-winning penalty.

Bourne Town will face a derby date with Blackstones in the next round after the Wakes ran out 3-2 winners against Harrowby United on Saturday.

Cameron Johnson had scored his first goal for the club to put Bourne ahead at the break in the tie at the JJ Mac Stadium.

Tom Harris headed Harrowby level early in the second half but Bourne's lead was restored shortly after when Will Bird turned home Zac Allen's cross.

A superb save from Dan Swan then kept Bourne ahead going into an exciting finale where Zak Munton extended their advantage in the final minute.

Harrison Dee netted against his former club to pull a goal back for Harrowby injury-time but the Wakes held out to move into the next round.

They will travel to Blackstones in the second qualifying round after the Stamford side secured a 3-2 home win over previously unbeaten Saffron Dynamo.

The visitors took the lead in the first half but two quick-fire goals from Josh Barrett and Nathan Rudman gave Stones the advantage.

Saffron again struck back to equalise before the interval but Stones scored the match-winning goal after the break when Rudman netted his second of the game with the visitors being reduced to 10 men late on.

Pinchbeck suffered a heavy 6-1 away defeat at higher level United Counties League Premier Division South side Lutterworth Town.

Louis Samuels had put the hosts ahead midway through the first half before an own goal from Charlie Brooks shortly after doubled Lutterworth's advantage.

Flynn Slater halved the deficit during a first half where all the goals came within a seven minute period.

Samuels scored again eight minutes after the restart to restore Lutterworth's two-goal lead before another goal followed shortly after from Abdul Sunmonu.

Two goals in the final five minutes from Nick Reeves and Jude Coates then sealed Lutterworth's place in the next round.

Holbeach dropped out of the Thurlow Nunn League Division One North play-off places after a 3-0 home defeat against Harwich & Parkeston.

Danny Garrad grabbed a hat-trick for the visitors to defeat the Tigers who welcomed Jordan Oldham back into their starting line-up.

The defender has returned to Carter's Park after leaving in the close season for Deeping Rangers.

Dan Roberts has also joined Holbeach from Wisbech Town with Sam Harris moving in the opposite direction to join the Fenmen.

Garrad lobbed home the opening goal and then doubled Harwich's lead despite the visitors being down to 10 men following Jack Wood's sin-binning.

Holbeach had an effort ruled out for hand-ball after the break before Garrad sealed Harwich's win with a spectacular 35-yard half-volley which flew over goalkeeper Josh Simpson who was deputising for the injured Brad Waters.
